Plants for headache

Ginger is a great natural medicine for headache that are associated with sinus-related diseases. To prepare ginger, crush a fresh ginger about the size of an egg and add it to a boiling water, then consume it as a tea. You can also use this preparation as an inhaled solution.

Lavender is a natural remedy for headache. It can be prepared in many ways. Lavender oil can be inhaled when mixed with boiling water. Just follow this ratio 2:2- 2 drops of lavender oil to 2 cups of boiling water. Lavender oil can also be applied on the forehead and can also be accompanied with a massage. You can also put dried lavender flower in pillows and pouches as the aroma will help lessen the headache.

Papaya is known to be a great treatment for skin. The enzyme from papaya heals the wounds faster. Papaya keeps the bacteria away and its enzyme also prevents the wounds in forming larger scars.

Onion is very effective to ease toothache. You can apply a raw onion on the affected tooth. Because of the anti-bacterial property of onion, the juices come from it ease the pain of toothache. It is better to chew onions and if the pain comes back again, chew another one. It is also known to be effective in healing gum abscess.
